Tree of us is the trio formed by Marco Brovelli (Bass), Andrea Bordone (Drums) and Michele Sfirra (Guitar). The band has its roots in rock since the second half of the Nineties, years in which, under other names, the members of the trio perform together throughout Northern Italy bringing their unpublished works to the stages.

After several reshuffles, line-up changes and EP releases, the trio decided to  sign their own productions under the name of Tree of Us and to concentrate their energies and artistic creativity in the studio of registration. What distinguishes the band today is in fact the desire to open the doors in the writing and recording phase to emerging artists, thus letting the music of Tree of Us, which ranges from acoustic ballads to grunge rides, mix and contaminate through different collaborations , some also of an international nature.

In 2021 the trio releases the double ep Play it loud, born from two different sessions recorded and mixed by Pasquale Vitali at Astudio and distributed by the record label More Than Indie Records. As a whole Play it loud contains eleven songs: 7 are contained in the first half with Britpop sounds, as demonstrated by the single Alone so Alone, 4 in the second more markedly blues rock. This variety of genres and sounds was also made possible thanks to the participation of Alex Balfe, a London multi-instrumentalist born in 1999 who was contacted by the band and who came to Italy for the first time, in the recording studio on Lake Maggiore, to participate in the finalization of the lyrics and to record the vocal lines. It is Alex himself who lends his voice in the first part of the EP.
